What we collect

Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted reporting work, invoice, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Hong Kong.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months unless a related engagement continues. Engagement working files are retained for up to 36 months after final delivery unless a shorter deletion date is agreed in writing. Financial records follow Hong Kong statutory retention periods.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. Student-level extracts are not shared with third parties except where required by law or with your written instruction.
International transfers

Children
This website is aimed at education professionals. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through the site. School registers involving minors are processed only under institutional authority for a contracted engagement.
