Services described

Pages describing engagements, fees, and methods are informational. A binding scope exists only in a written engagement letter or email confirmation issued by Filecornerbase.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding belong to Filecornerbase. Deliverables created for a client are licensed to that client for internal school and governance use unless otherwise stated. You may not resell our report templates or republish them as your own commercial product.

Client materials

You warrant that registers and extracts you supply may lawfully be shared with us for the agreed purpose. You remain responsible for permissions from your institution.

Liability

Education reporting involves judgement under incomplete information. We do not guarantee enrollment outcomes, inspection results, or board decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep site content current but may correct errors without notice. Fee tables are guidance only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our engagements, unless a signed engagement letter states otherwise.
