A full-year education performance report with enrollment context, board-ready charts, and a facilitated walkthrough for senior staff.
Who it is for
Schools that must present a coherent year-end picture of attainment, attendance, and enrolment movement to governors, sponsoring bodies, or visiting reviewers. Typical clients already hold the raw registers — exam results extracts, form-level attendance, and intake counts — but lack a calm narrative that survives scrutiny.
Result
You receive a bound digital report (PDF) with annotated charts, a one-page executive summary in plain English, and a 90-minute walkthrough for the senior team. Optional bilingual captions for Chinese-medium board packs can be arranged when needed.
Scope included
- Kickoff workshop to agree indicators, comparison years, and sensitive wording
- Cleaning and reconciliation of the registers you supply (we do not scrape student systems)
- Attainment and value-added commentary by form and by subject clusters you nominate
- Enrollment movement section covering applications, offers, acceptances, and withdrawals
- Draft review cycle (two rounds) and final PDF delivery
- Facilitated presentation rehearsal for the principal or academic deputy

- Building or licensing student information software
- Direct access to Education Bureau systems on your behalf
- Statistical research papers intended for academic journals
- Ongoing monthly dashboard hosting
Provider and process
A Filecornerbase analyst leads the engagement with a second reviewer for chart accuracy. Work begins with a half-day visit at your campus or our Sham Shui Po office, followed by remote drafting. You remain the data controller; we process only the extracts you authorise.
Timeline and location
Most packages close in six to ten weeks depending on how quickly registers arrive. Delivery is Hong Kong–based; schools outside the territory may enquire for remote-only arrangements.
Preparation
Please prepare the prior three years of results extracts, current enrolment census tables, and any internal targets already agreed with your board. A short glossary of house terms (form names, banding language) saves revision time.
Fees and next step
Fees start at HK$48,000 for a single secondary school campus. Multi-campus groups and continuing-education centres are quoted separately. Request this engagement with your board date so we can confirm capacity.
